She was a homemaker, a member of Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer and also attended Crossroads Community Church. Betty enjoyed sewing and most of all spending time with family and friends. Mrs. Foshee is survived by one son and his wife, Steve and Jennifer Cowgill; her mother, Betty J. Cowgill; two grandchildren, Daniel and David Cowgill, all of Kokomo. Betty has two sisters and their husbands, Clar Adele and Lee Coy, Noblesville, and Barbara Ann and Otis Porter, Kokomo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Foshee was preceded in death by her husband, father, and one sister, Sharon Fleissner. Mrs. Foshee funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ellers Mortuary, 3400 S. Webster St. Pastor William Allison and the Rev. Bill Barnett will officiate. Burial will follow in Maple Lawn Cemetery in Flora. on August 9, 2008.3

     Thomas E. "Tom" Foshee Thomas E. Foshee, 44, of Flora, died March 13, 1990, in Lafayette Home Hospital. He was born Dec. 9, 1945, in Texas. On Dec. 31, 1986, he married Betty Cowgill of Kokomo and she survives. They have lived in Flora the past two years. A veteran of the Vietnam War, Foshee was in the Navy's Special Forces. He was formerly employed by Syndicate Sales in Kokomo and was currently employed by Evans Fertilizer, Rossville. Surviving with his wife are five sons including Steve Cowgill of Kokomo.4 He was buried at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora, Carroll Co., Indiana.3 He was born on December 9, 1945 at Texas.3,4 He married Betty D.
