Marvin collected toy tractors and liked fishing plus going to antique farming events. Marvin and his wife showed rabbits all over the Midwest. He also enjoyed, and rarely missed, going to his grandsons' beef shows. Marvin was born on March 9, 1940, in Huntington County, a son of George and Laura (Stephens) Langston. He was united in marriage to Elaine Raichart on Feb. 2, 1963, in Huntington. His wife survives. Additional survivors include – a son, Michael (Amy) Langston of Huntington, and two brothers, Marion (Grace) Langston and Paul (Sherry) Langston, both of Huntington. There are three surviving grandsons, Collin Langston, Rhitt Langston and Cole Langston. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ralph Langston. on July 20, 2016.⁴
