She is survived by her husband Allen Ray Carter of the home; children Robbie (Carter) Adams and husband Lee of Warner Robins, Ga., and Allen Carter and wife Tracy of Talala; grandchildren Jara Hurt, Jessica Bendall and husband Josh, Lane Carter, Logan Carter, Jack Adams and Jocelyn Adams; great-grandchildren Kaydyn Hurt and Jacob Bendall; sisters Stella Harding and husband Robert; Barbara January and husband Jess; brothers Charles Fisher and wife Karen, and Harrison Fisher and wife Sue Ellen; sister-in-law Linda Lynn; brothers-in-law Billy Carter, Virgil Carter and wife Sherry, Ricky Carter, and Rex Carter; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Betty Fisher; and brother Eugene Fisher. on December 31, 2012.²
