The Rev. Andy Anquoe officiated and a private family interment followed. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Sperry. Honorary casket bearers were Barbara, Sherry, Penny, Phyllis, Geri, Margie, Zelda, Beth, Jo and Cat. Debbie was born Oct. 7, 1950 in Skiatook to Charles and Betty (Allison) Fisher. She passed away Dec. 25, 2012 in Tulsa at the age of 62. Debbie retired from LifeTouch Photos after 17 years of dedicated service. She was also formerly employed with Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital. Debbie loved spending valuable time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and playing bingo. Debbie also liked fishing and camping at Hudson Lake. She especially had fun during craft weekends with friends. She is survived by her husband Allen Ray Carter of the home; children Robbie (Carter) Adams and husband Lee of Warner Robins, Ga., and Allen Carter and wife Tracy of Talala; grandchildren Jara Hurt, Jessica Bendall and husband Josh, Lane Carter, Logan Carter, Jack Adams and Jocelyn Adams; great-grandchildren Kaydyn Hurt and Jacob Bendall; sisters Stella Harding and husband Robert; Barbara January and husband Jess; brothers Charles Fisher and wife Karen, and Harrison Fisher and wife Sue Ellen; sister-in-law Linda Lynn; brothers-in-law Billy Carter, Virgil Carter and wife Sherry, Ricky Carter, and Rex Carter; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Betty Fisher; and brother Eugene Fisher. on December 31, 2012.²
