The son of the late Paul I. and Phyllis Smith Hinderliter Dolby. Randy graduated from Clarion Limestone High School. He retired from Wampum Hardware where he was a Blaster. Randy served in the United States Army. He was a member of the Eagles and American Legion. Randy enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his children; Lisa Dolby and her fiancé Mark Slabon of Mayport and Tara Dolby of Florida, a step-son Kevin Hoffman; grandchildren, Shawnee Dolby, Vivian Curll, Gavin Slabon and Taylor Hoffman; brothers, Blake Hinderliter of Shippenville and Jim Hinderliter and his wife Patricia of Strattanville and a sister, Jacqueline Smith and her husband Leonard of Marble.
