Iris then traveled throughout the United States working in the cosmetic business and was one of the highest paid women in country at that time. She was a longtime communicant of Immaculate Conception Church of Schenectady, a member of the Altar Rosary Society of that church and was President for 10 years and enjoyed fishing and watching the Mets. Iris is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Kurt) Wenzel and Janis Jastrebski; step-daughters, Patricia Waters and Debra Waters; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, William B. Waters; brothers, Robert DeHart and Lawrence DeHart; sister, Gloria Campbell; and son-in-law, Joseph J. Jastrebski. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m. at Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A calling hour will precede the service on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Albany Rural Cemetery. on April 21, 2014.5

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Pittston. The family will receive friends and relatives in the church from 8:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. on November 21, 2011.3
