Cullison, Sr., of Gettysburg, to whom she was married for 64 years. Mrs. Cullison was a member of Mount Carmel United Methodist Church. She worked as a cook for many years at the Chesapeake Chowder House in Gettysburg. She previously worked for Victor Products in Gettysburg. In addition to her husband she is survived by her four children, James R. Cullison, Jr., of Gettysburg, Daniel J. Cullison, of Etters, Ronald D. Cullison, of Gettysburg, Timothy L. Cullison, of Gettysburg; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Barbara Weigand, of Fayetteville, Virginia Thomas, of Gettysburg; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, at the Monahan Funeral Home, 125 Carlisle St., Gettysburg, with the Rev. Suzanne Elliott officiating. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. on December 14, 2009.²

     Daniel J. Cullison Daniel J. Cullison, 69, of Etters passed away May 7, 2020, unexpectedly at Harrisburg Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born November 22, 1950 in Gettysburg, PA he was the son of the late James R. Sr. and Pauline R. (Shindledecker) Cullison. Dan was a 1970 Graduate of Gettysburg High School, where he was one of the most outstanding football players. After High School he went on to serve with the US Marine Corp where he was deployed during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a Supply Technician at the Navy Depot in Mechanicsburg, PA where he met the love of his life Nanette. They married in 1985 and were married for over 34 years. Dan worked for the Navy Depot until his retirement in 2016. Dan was a huge supporter of the Battlefield in Gettysburg, PA where he was a member of the Park Watch for over 20 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a big Penn State football fan. He loved to garden and spent much time taking care of his garden at home. He was known for his famous homemade sauerkraut. Dan is survived by his wife Nanette I. (O’Donnell) of Etters; his daughter Lauren M. Cullison and his son Brett D. Cullison both of Etters; his grandson Seth M. Herman of Belleville; his brothers James R. Cullison, Jr. and wife Marina, and Timothy L. Cullison both of Gettysburg and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Dan was preceded in death by his brother Ronald D. Cullison. Due to the Covid-19 virus are no services being held at this time.³ He was born on November 22, 1950 at Gettysburg, Adams Co., Pennsylvania.³ He married Nanette I. O’Donnell in 1985.³ Daniel J.      Ronald D. Cullison was born on November 25, 1952 at Gettysburg, Adams Co., Pennsylvania.⁴ He died on August 22, 2016 at Gettysburg, Adams Co., Pennsylvania, at age 63.⁴ He Ronald D. Cullison, 63, of Gettysburg, passed away Monday, Aug. 22, 2016 at his home. He was born Nov. 25, 1952 in Gettysburg, the son of the late James R. Sr. and Pauline (Shindledecker) Cullison. Mr. Cullison was a cook while living in Arizona and was employed at Mama Ventura's, Gettysburg. He is survived by his brothers, James R. Cullison Jr. and wife Marina of Gettysburg, Daniel Cullison and wife Nanette of Etters, and Timothy Cullison of Gettysburg; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be private. on August 25, 2016.⁴
