She was preceded in death by parents, Buren and Hattie Cox; husband, James Clay Frazer; brother, Othel Cox; son-in-law, James Brown; granddaughter, Ramona Frazer Rothwell. She is survived by her children, James H. and Helen Frazer of Biloxi, Miss., Sharon Frazer Brown of Ashland, Ohio, and Joe and Beverly Frazer of Craigsville; brother, Van B. Cox of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be noon Saturday, March 15, at Simons-Coleman Funeral Home, Richwood. Interment will follow in Fairview/Curry Cemetery, Tioga, with Pastor Ed Groves officiating. on March 14, 2014.3
