Survivors include her sons, Jose Cabrera II and Nathan Gandee, both of Charleston; brothers, Brian Gandee of Kentucky, Dolas Richard Gandee Jr. of Nitro and Joey Gandee of Clendenin; sisters, Ida Johnston of Texas and Drema Fields of Clendenin; and grandchildren, Jose III, Kayanna, Isaiah and Austin. on October 30, 2013.³

Gandee I, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Columbus, OH after a life long battle with his illness. He was Mommy and Daddy's little angel and will be greatly missed. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Isiah Linville and Austin Duncan; sister, Kayanna Gandee; paternal grandparents, Robin Dye of Clendenin and Jose Cabrera I of South Charleston; paternal great-grandmother, Doris Gandee of Clendenin; maternal grandparents, Judith Frasier of Sissonville and Daniel Duncan of Georgia; great-grand parents, Barbara and Buster Walters of Big Chimney; uncles and aunts, Jose Cabrera II, Andy and Samantha Walters and Sara Walters.      Glennis Herndon Bell Glennis H. “Glenn” Bell, 79, of Elyria passed away Tuesday May 1, 2018 at UH Elyria Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born May 5, 1938 in Beckley, WV. And was a Lorain County resident for most of his life. Glenn retired as a truck driver for ANR Frieght Systems in Brookpark. He served in the United States Army, was an avid racing fan and attended many Saturday night races at Lorain County Speedway and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Deanna (nee-Shoup); daughters, Tammy (Mark) Smith and Tina Bryant; sons, Donald Bell and Terry Branch; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Whitey Bell.⁴ He married Deanna Micheal Shoup.⁴ Glennis Herndon Bell was born on May 5, 1938 at Beckley, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.^3,4 He died on May 1, 2018 at Elyria, Lorain Co., Ohio, at age 79.^3,4

     Billy Deane Mills was buried at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Suffolk, Virginia.¹ He was born on May 17, 1932 at Egeria, Mercer Co., West Virginia.² He married Wanda Mae Bell, daughter of Raymond Garron Bell and Monnie Addline Garretson, on September 7, 1951 at Beckley, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.^2,3 Billy Deane Mills died on December 22, 2016 at Suffolk, Virginia, at age 84.¹ He Billy Deane Mills, 84, of Suffolk, passed away Dec. 22, 2016. He was born in Barn, W.Va., to the late John and China Mills. Billy was a U.S. Navy retiree, having served in Vietnam. He also worked as a mechanic at Mike Duman. Billy is survived by his wife of 65 years, Wanda Mae Mills; daughter, Connie Mills Garris; son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Dianna Mills; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brothers, Vonlie Mills and Virgil Mills. A graveside funeral service with full military honors will be held at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. on December 23, 2016.¹
