Mrs. Whitlow was preceded in death by her husband, Rosivel Whitlow. She is survived by her daughter, Nora Whitlow Palmer, Haines City; sons, James Whitlow, Grayson Whitlow, both of Haines City; stepdaughter, Louise Stafford, Parisburg, Va; brothers, Elliott Harrell, Robert W. Harrell, both of Maryland; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City. on June 22, 2006.¹
