     Lori Gail Jamison was buried at Fair View Cemetery, 3300 Melrose Ave. N.W., Roanoke, Virginia.⁴ She was born on October 27, 1975 at Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia.² She died on May 11, 2010 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 34.^3,4 She Lori Gail Jamison, of Roanoke, Va., was carried by angels from this troubled world to rest in the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, May 11, 2010. Lori leaves behind her loving and supportive parents, Wallace and Carolyn Jamison; brother, Randy Jamison; grandmother, Gertrude Bayse; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; close friends, Kisha, Amy, and Lisa; her loving dog, Chase; and many special friends. Lori was known as a gifted musician, song writer, and singer who loved to perform before an audience. She was a student at the Culinary Institute of the Arts and was on the dean's list. Lori was known by family and friends to have a loving and caring heart, especially for needy and underprivileged people. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. on Friday, May 14, 2010, by the Rev. Wayne Sellers at Waverly Place Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery. on May 14, 2010.⁴

     Alfred Lindsey/Lindsay Logan was buried at Restvale Cemetery, 7529 Rt. 221, Check, Floyd Co., Virginia.^2,3 He was born on August 1, 1929 at Roanoke, Virginia; The SSDI and his death certificate has a birth date of Aug 2, 1929.^1,4,5 He married Mary Troylene "Troy" Hines, daughter of Charles Michael Edward Hines and Frances Eugenia Newman, on January 8, 1955 at Chesterfield, Chesterfield Co., South Carolina.¹ Alfred Lindsey/Lindsay Logan and Mary Troylene "Troy" Hines were divorced on June 30, 1972 at Roanoke, Virginia.¹ Alfred Lindsey/Lindsay Logan died on June 16, 1980 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 50.^2,3

     James Lewis Cannon was buried at Glenwood Cemetery and Chapel Mausoleum, 839 Bluff City Highway, Bristol, Sullivan Co., Tennessee.³ He was born on August 21, 1928 at Geneva, Geneva Co., Alabama.³ He died on November 4, 2014 at Bristol, Sullivan Co., Tennessee, at age 86.³ He James Lewis Cannon, 86, of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at his residence. He was born in Geneva, Ala. on August 21, 1928, a son of the late Ernest and Fannie Hines Cannon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Cannon; and a brother, Jack Cannon. James graduated from Tennessee High School in 1948 and later attended King College and East Tennessee State University. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Afterward James dedicated himself to educating others and served in both the Virginia and Tennessee school systems. From 1964 through 1988 he taught at Tennessee High School. James was ever the intellectual and fluent in seven languages. He embraced science but loved the arts. His favorite pastimes were reading and listening to classical music. James is survived by his sisters, Joanne Necessary and husband, Eddie, Ruby V. Qualls and husband, Bill, and Alice L. Trivett and husband, George; brother, Robert W. Cannon; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2014, at the Heritage Chapel of Memories in Glenwood Cemetery, Bristol, Tenn. on November 15, 2014.³

     Earnest Jack Cannon Earnest Jack Cannon, age 80, of Bristol, TN, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 18, 2011 at the Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA. He was born March 31, 1931 in Greenville, South Carolina, and was a son of the late Earnest James and Fannie Ella Hines Cannon. . He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. After serving in the Military he resided in Houston, TX, Chicago, Boston and New York as a cook. He lived most of his life in the Bristol area. He is survived by: Sisters: Alice Lee Trivett and husband George, Ruby Virginia Qualls and husband Bill, Joanne Joyce Necessary; Brothers: Robert William Cannon, James Lewis Cannon; Several Nieces and Nephews. A funeral service will be 11am, Wednesday, December 21, 2011 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Stevens officiating. The burial will follow in Shelby Hills Cemetery with Military Honors by the Bristol VFW Honor Guard. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
