Survivors include her father, David Foster; four daughters, Jeanne Moore and husband William of Chesapeake, Kathy Polston and special friends, Mike Vedomske and Sarah of Portsmouth, Sandy Vance and husband Douglas of Chesapeake, Holly Carson and husband Tod Carson of Chesapeake; two brothers, Tom and Mark Foster of Portsmouth; 10 grandchildren, Duane Brandon and wife Stacey, Jonathan Moore, Jimmy Duke and wife Angel, Crystal Polston, Doug Vance, Kelly Polston, Jessica Moore, Amber Vance, Chris Carson, Catlyn Carson; two great-grandchildren, Taylor Richards and Regan Duke. Special friends are Mary Bryant, Mike Mooney, Ray Eure, Steve, Shannon and Stephen; and all her friends at Hoggard & Eure Associates. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Jolliff United Methodist Church by the Rev. Vickie Seibert. on April 5, 2004.²
