He served in the Navy from 1970 to 1976. Mr. Crawford was employed by Southern Oregon Cable TV, working there until 1987. At the time of his death, he was a cook for the Klamath Senior Center. He was an avid pool player. Survivors include his parents, Douglas and Marylin Crawford, Keno; sons, Daniel Crawford, Fort Knox, Ky., brothers and sisters-in-law, Clifford and Lana Crawford and Paul and Brenda Crawford and Kevin and Terry Crawford, all Klamath Falls; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. on January 12, 1989.3

In 1984, he married Ada "Terry" Hecker in Keno. He was a deep-well turbine mechanic and worked for a local pump company, servicing irrigation pumps for about seven years. Mr. Crawford enjoyed collecting antique power saws, fishing, woodcutting, and racing motorcycles on racetracks throughout Southern Oregon, winning many trophies. Survivors include his wife, Terry; son, Douglas Crawford of Springfield; step-son, Michael Hecker of Klamath Falls; daughter and son-in-law Brandi and Andy Bushnell of Idaho Falls, Idaho; stepdaughter and her husband, Charolette and Travis Abshere of Eugene; brothers and sisters-in-law, Clifford and Brenda Crawford and Paul and Brenda Crawford of Klamath Falls; five grandchildren; mother Marylin Crawford of Keno; uncles, Gordon McGinnis of Milwaukie and James McGinnis of Enterprise; aunt, Lolita Fermanich of Antigo, Wis; an numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Martin in 1989, and his father in 1994. on November 5, 1998.4

Cause of death was not given. Mrs. Crawford was born in Medford to Charles and Wilma (Whaley) Cooper. She was an older sister to six brothers and, because of her father's illnes and her mother's necessity to work, she raised her brothers. She lived in the Eugene area during her childhood. She married Kevin Crawford in Keno in 1984. Survivors include her son, Michael Hecker; stepson, Douglas Crawford; daughter and son-in-law, Charolette and Travis Abshere; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Brandi and Andy Bushnell; mother Wilma Cooper; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dino and Lori Cooper and Darrell and Jet Cooper; brothers Jim, Jack and Gary Cooper; three grandchildren; stepmothers and her husband, Pat and Dean Tilton; and numerous cousins, including Darren Cooper, and aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her husband last Nov. 3, her father and a half-brother, Tony Gundlach. on June 21, 1999.1
