     Eddie D. “Bucky Beaver” Cook Eddie D. “Bucky Beaver” Cook of Arnett, WV went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, February 4, 2017 in the CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston, WV after a sudden heart attack. He was born January 15, 1949 in WV a son of the late Albert Prince Cook (1910-1994) and Edith Ida McMillion-Cook (1923-1987). He was a retired coal miner and member of the UMWA. He was a Veteran of the US Army having served his country faithfully during Vietnam. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Cook-Workman (Deceased) and husband, Charles Workman (Deceased) and brother-in law, Donald Ransom (Deceased). He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Peggy Stewart-Cook; a son, Bryan Cook and fiancée, Creta; a daughter, Megan “Oatie” Cook-Skaggs; much beloved grandchildren, Harrison, Georgie, and Gabriel, all of Arnett; sisters, Marlene Cook-Lucas & Jerry Lucas and Justine Cook-Ransom all of Arnett; a brother, Joseph “JL” Cook of Glen Daniel, WV; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon February 11, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the Armstrong Funeral Home Whitesville, WV with Rev. Larry Kinder & Rev. David Cook. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley, WV with Military graveside rites by Wyoming County Veterans Honor Guard.¹ He was buried at Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.¹ He was born on January 15, 1949 at West Virginia.¹ He married Peggy Stewart circa 1975.¹ Eddie D. “Bucky Beaver” Cook died on February 4, 2017 at Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 68.¹

     Lynn F. Bowen was buried at Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio.^1,2 He was born on October 18, 1949 at Chemung Co., New York.^1,2 He married Kathy M. Frey on September 16, 1972 at St. Marys, Auglaize Co., Ohio.^1,3 Lynn F. Bowen died on September 8, 2018 at Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio, at age 68.^1,2 He Lynn F. Bowen, 68, of St. Marys, died at 2 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. He was born Oct. 18, 1949, in Chemung County, New York, the son of Lynn and Betty (Cook) Bowen. He married Kathy Frey on Sept. 16, 1972 in St. Marys, and she survives at the residence. He is also survived by his children: Jeremy (Cathie) Bowen of St. Marys and Dawn Harris of Springfield; by his grandchildren and by two step-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings, Leland Bowen of St. Cloud, Florida and Pat Heathcoe of Lakeland, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son and a brother. He was a veteran of the US Army, having proudly served during the Vietnam War. Funeral rites will will be held 4 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, with Brother Marvin Levering, officiating. Burial rites will be held at Dayton National Cemetery. on September 10, 2018.¹
