Born Jan. 25, 1971, at Beckley, he was the son of Denny Cochran of Huntsville, Ala. and Carol Hollingsworth Kiser of Stanaford. Mr. Kiser was an employee of Lewis Terminal in Beckley, was a member of the Stanaford Missionary Baptist Church at Stanaford and was a senior at Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley. Other survivors include paternal grandparents, George and Jessie Terry Cochran of Beckley; maternal grandparents, Charles C. and Arlene Hicks Hollingsworth of Stanaford; paternal great-grandparents, Thelma Terry of Beckley and Edna Cochran of Mabscott and a sister, Rhonda Bailey of Beckley.
