     Katie Estelle Guilliams was buried at Furnace Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 975 Scuffling Hill Road, Rocky Mount, Franklin Co., Virginia.2,4 She was born on February 7, 1914 at Franklin Co., Virginia.2,3 As of November 23, 1955,her married name was Willis.3 She married Posey Andrew Willis, son of Walter Lee Willis and Bessie Webb, on November 23, 1955 at Rocky Mount, Franklin Co., Virginia.1,2,3 Katie Estelle Guilliams died on October 7, 2006 at Virginia at age 92.2 She Katie Estelle Guilliams Willis, 92, of Rocky Mount, Virginia went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 7, 2006. Katie was born on February 7, 1914, growing up on a farm in Calloway, in Franklin County, Virginia with nine other siblings. Katie was preceded in death by her devoted husband Posey Andrew Willis, her parents the late Robert (Bob) Guilliams and the late Cynthia Guilliams, and eight siblings: three brothers, Edgar Guilliams, Luther Guilliams and Raymond Guilliams and five sisters, Lera Guilliams, Cora Walters, Lula Algie, Beulah Frith and Carrie Payne. She is survived by a sister, Cleo Murphy of Roanoke; one son, Edwin Wesley Layne of Rocky Mount; and two children by marriage, Bobbi Jean Moran of Roanoke and Michael Andrew Willis of Richmond. Katie also is survived by four grandchildren, Troy Lee Argabright, Samantha Kristin Moran, Donna Rachelle and Heather Colleen Willis; and two great-grandchildren, Kelsey Jade Argabright, 12 years old and Ashland Samantha Thomas 6 ½ months. Katie was a devoted wife, loving mother, good friend to many, and a wonderful angel here on earth. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Bobbi Jean who she has lived with the last 8 ½ plus years, Bobbi's children, Frank, and uncle Alfred. Katie will be remembered with love and affection by those who had the privilege to know her. Katie dearly loved her family, church family, and neighbors, and she has gone to join her cherished husband, Posey Andrew Willis and her Lord God Almighty in Heaven. Come and celebrate Katie Estelle Willis' life with family and friends, during visitation on Monday, October 9, 2006 from 7 to 8:30 p.m., to be held at Furnace Creek Baptist Church (975 Scufflin Hill Road) in Rocky Mount. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2006, 2 p.m. at the church with the Pastor Michael Lawhorn officiating, Burial will follow in the church cemetery. on October 8, 2006.2
