     Helen E. Collins Helen D. Jones, 53, of Independence, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2004, at her home after an extended illness. She was a homemaker and a member of the Beaver Lick Baptist Church, in Union, Kentucky. She was born in Hyden, Kentucky, on June 18, 1951, a daughter of Myrtle Wooten Collins, of Florence, Kentucky, and the late Elisha Collins. In addition to her mother, survivors include: her husband, Harvey Jones, of Independence; two sons, Robert Deusenberry, of Hyden, and James Jones, of Independence; two daughters, Raelynn Freeman, of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, and Kathy Facer, of Independence; seven step-children; sixteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Carlo Collins, of Okeechobee, Florida, John Wilder, of Florence, and Jackson Collins, of Hyden; and two sisters, Joyce Woodall, of Florence, and Carolyn Hyde, of Dry Ridge. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2004, at the Beaver Lick Baptist Church, in Union, Kentucky. Interment will be in the Gumlick Cemetery, Pendleton County, Kentucky. Woodhead Funeral Home in Falmouth, Kentucky, is serving the family.1 Her Social Security Number was 400-76-8505.3 She was buried at GumLick Church Cemetery, Falmouth, Pendleton Co., Kentucky.1 Her married name was Deusenberry.4 She married Jennings Ray Deusenberry, son of Jennings Sams Deusenberry and Laura Kathleen "Kate" Samples.1 Helen E.
