Born April 29, 1960 in Clay, she was the daughter, of Emogene (King) Samples and the late Joseph Samples. In addition to her mother, Kathy is survived by her son, Scott Samples; daughter, Secily Moore; brothers, David, Timothy and Chris Samples; sisters, Joann Hilbert and Connie Schoolcraft.³ Her married name was Childers.¹ She married Franklin Childers III.¹ Kathy Lynn Samples was born on April 29, 1960 at Clay, Clay Co., West Virginia.^2,3 As of June 2, 1988,her married name was Varney.² She married Michael Brent Varney on June 2, 1988 at Henrico Co., Virginia.² Kathy Lynn Samples died on April 15, 2016 at West Virginia at age 55.³

     Lincoln Pierce Nutter Mr. Lincoln Pierce Nutter, 32, of Louisa, KY formerly of Chapmanville, WV died on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. He was born on November 8, 1985 at Summersville, WV the son of Paula Perdue Napier and the late James Kelly Nutter. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dorothy Madelyn and Clinton Nutter, and Ralph Noble, step-mother, Bonnie Castle Nutter. In addition to his mother, survivors include his son, Elijah Cameron Nutter, sister Jesse (Jason) Nutter Boner, step-father, Greg Napier, grandmother, Shirley Noble, aunt, Carolyn Harrah, and girlfriend, Stephanie Bailey.² He was born on November 8, 1985 at Summersville, Fayette Co., Kentucky.² He died on June 26, 2018 at Louisa, Lawrence Co., Kentucky, at age 32.²
