Sarah leaves behind a large family of nieces, nephews and cousins and many loyal friends. Sarah known by many of her patients as "Jonesie", served as an office nurse with Drs. Norbert Kosater and Louis Goetz in the Dayton and Bellbrook areas for over 30 years. Services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, Ohio. Family and friends are welcome at the funeral home. A private graveside service (arrangements Hatmaker Funeral Home) will be held at Leach Cemetery, Lake City, Tennessee at a later date. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Sarah's memory to Hospice of Dayton and/or The Foodbank, Inc. on January 19, 2013.¹

He was born on October 16, 1920 in Saint Charles, VA to the late James and Anna (Tyree) Mullins. Ernest served in the United States Marine Corps during WWII and worked for Delco Products until his retirement. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and belonged to the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, and the Woodworking Association. Ernest was preceded in death by his wife, Opal, and 4 brothers and 3 sisters. He is survived by his daughter, Peggy (Paul) Baker of FL; son, Dennis (Nancy) Mullins of SC; grandchildren, Betsy Kate Mullins, Amanda Mullins, Nicholas Mullins, Paula (Doug) Deaton, Paul Monroe Baker; great-grandchildren, Kali Smart, Isabella Smart, Allie Deaton, Loki Baker, and Jeanne Baker; special niece, Bobbye Manning and numerous nieces and nephews.
