She was mother of Allen Scharf and Janet Roundtree both of London, Kentucky. She was the grandmother of; Scotty Scharf and Bryan Scharf both of Richmond, Kentucky, Kyle Roundtree, and Kenton Scharf, both of London, Kentucky, and Kellie Laymon of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, the great-grandmother of; Kyra Jo Scharf, Preston Scharf, and Alexis Scharf all of Richmond, Kentucky, Madison Bowling and Brayden Laymon both of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, Peyton Roundtree, Mylah Scharf, Brantley Scharf, and Bryson Scharf all of London, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Bargo, by her parents, Leonard Allen and Lydia Hammons Allen, and by one grandchild, Brittany Scharf. Funeral Services for Edith Allen Bargo will be conducted 1:00 PM Sunday, December 27, 2015 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Michael Hampton and Sam Miller officiating. Burial will follow at A.R. Dyche Memorial Park. The family of Edith Allen Bargo will receive friends after 6:00 PM Saturday, December 26, 2015 at London Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Gideons International.³ Her married name was Scharf.³ She was buried at A.R.
