"Chris" Napier and Regina Ragland, both of Shipman; five sisters, Eulala Martin, Kathy Ward, Elaine Woodson and Teresa West, all of Shipman, and Francis Huffman of Lovingston; three brothers, James Harris of Evington, Massie Harris of Shipman and Ronald Harris of Amherst. Her loving mother-in-law, Ruby Napier and dedicated and loving brothers and sisters-in-law, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2009, Shipman Baptist Church in Shipman with the Reverend Josh Saefkow and Reverend John Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at the Harris family cemetery in Shipman. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at the funeral home. The family suggests that memorials take the form of contributions to Almost Home Pet Adoption Center, Stagebridge Road, Lovingston, Virginia 22949.
