Heflin (Carlton), Betty C. Phillips (John) and Anita C. Cash (Randy) and two grand-dogs, Millie and Baby. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Bethel Church of the Brethren with Pastor Stan Ogden officiating. Interment will follow in the Carroll Family Cemetery in Arrington. The family wishes to thank the UVA staff of 3 West and 3 North of the MICU Unit. on February 21, 2017.¹
