     Albert Charles Swart Albert Charles Swart, 71, of 509 Dorchester died Friday in Muskogee General Hospital. Born June 19, 1906 in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, Swart was a member of Grandview Baptist Church and had been an interior decorator all of his life. His first wife, Jessie, died December 9, 1970. Arrangements will be announced by Bradley Funeral Service. Miona Lee Willyard was born August 18, 1941 in Sentinel, Oklahoma, the daughter of James and June (Dobbs) Richardson and died December 12, 2010 in Muskogee. She was a retired LPN. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Hayner, of sixteen years of Muskogee, Oklahoma and sons, Alan Wilson and Stanley Wilson of Kansas City, Missouri.¹ She was born on August 18, 1941 at Sentinel, Washita Co., Oklahoma.¹ As of circa 1994,her married name was Hayner.¹ She married Jerry Lee Hayner, son of Adolphus Hershel Hayner and Juanita Jewel Smith, circa 1994.¹ Miona Lee Richardson died on December 12, 2010 at Muskogee, Muskogee Co., Oklahoma, at age 69.¹

     John Harrison Dalgarn was buried at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, 1423 Cemetery Road, Fort Gibson, Muskogee Co., Oklahoma.^2,4 He was born on May 3, 1926 at Eufaula, McIntosh Co., Oklahoma.^2,5,4 He married Mary Sophronia Hayner, daughter of James William Hayner and Myrtle Maude Brandon, on November 24, 1948 at Crawford Co., Arkansas.^1,3,4 John Harrison Dalgarn died on August 8, 2008 at Joplin, Newton Co., Missouri, at age 82.^2,5,4 He John Harrison Dalgarn of Miami died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Mo. He was 82. Mr. Dalgarn was born May 3, 1926, in Eufaula to John and Firsey (Mitchell) Dalgarn. He had lived in Miami since 1985, moving from Bartlesville. He was a retired school teacher and had finished his career in the Bartlesville Public School System. Mr. Dalgarn was a World War II and Korean War veteran, having serving in the Army. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of the American Legion, Mulvane Masonic Lodge, Witchita Scottish Rite Consistory and Miadian Shrine Temple in Wichita. Kan. He married Mary Haner on Nov. 24, 1948, in Fort Smith, Ark. She survives, of the home. Additional survivors include a son, John Dalgarn and his wife Joyce of Miami, and two grandsons, John Dalgarn Jr. of Miami and Joe Dalgarn of Pittsburg, Kan. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami. on August 11, 2008.⁴

Acree Burdette, 71, of Charleston died Feb. 6, 2000, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness. She was a homemaker and a member of Southeast Naza-rene Church, Charleston. Surviving: daughters, Connie Acree Robinson of Clay, Faith Acree Mitchell of Cleveland, Sharon Acree Holcomb of Pinch; sons, Keith Acree of Copley, Ohio, Mickey Acree of Akron, Ohio, Cleo Acree of Cleveland, Kevin Acree of Charleston; sister, Jenny Holcomb Facemyer of Charleston; brothers, Ralph Holcomb of Lizemores, Tottum Brown of Palm Bay, Fla; 22 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview, with the Rev. Ollie Parsons and the Rev. Bobby Sizemore officiating. Burial will be in Acree Cemetery, Enoch. on February 8, 2000.²

An autopsy has been completed but the cause of death remains under investigation, said Chief Medical Examiner Irvin Sopher She was born at Clay and was disabled. Surviving: mother, Edith Mae Sloan Burdette of Procious; sisters, Connie Samples of Procious, Victoria Gallagher of Kingwood; brother, Richard Burdette of Procious. Graveside service and burial will be at Sams Cemetery, Procious. on August 13, 1995.³
