Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Burkbennett Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Mr. Shelley was born April 14, 1942, in Monterey, Calif. He and Laurel Smith were married Dec. 14, 1970. He was a chiel technician for TCI Cablevision in Burkburnett, retiring in 1996. He was an Army veteran, serving three tours in Vietnam. He had live in Burkburnett since 1980. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Lainie of Burkburnett; his mother, Jean of Sali nas, Calif; and two sisters, Geri Vafa of San Jose, Calif., and Helen Brtan of Salinas, Calif.² He was buried at Burkburnett Memorial Cemetery, Burkburnett, Wichita Co., Texas.² He was born on April 14, 1943 at Monterey Co., California.^7,3 He married Pamela C.
