Cahill, 77, died Jan. 27 at Spanish Oaks Retreat. A native of Henry County, Ohio, he had lived in Savannah for the past four years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and founder of Cahill Insurance Agency. He was a charter member of Martinsville, Henry County Life Saving Crew and member of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church. SURVIVORS: four daughters, Cyndy LoMonaco, Connie Wright and Alecia Gall, all of Savannah, and Diane Whitlock of Collinsville, Va; four brothers, Clyde Cahill, Jessie Cahill, Moir Cahill and Joe Cahill; two sisters, Jewel Cahill and Nellie Schurkens; three sons-in-law, seven grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Norris Funeral Home, Martinsville, Va. Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel in charge of local arrangements. on January 28, 2001.4
