He was known to everyone as "Red;" many people knew him as Marvin; and many others knew him as PaPa Hudnall, even if they were not his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Madeline Rice, June Dalton and Lucille Casto. He is survived by sons, Johnnie Ray Hudnall of Inman, S.C., and Jeffrey Hudnall (Elizabeth) of Elkview; four grandchildren, Brittany, Lindsey, Ashley and Hunter Hudnall; one great-grandson, Brayden Carnes; sister, Bobbie Bess of Nitro; and many nieces and nephews. Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 11, at Myers Funeral Home, Elkview with the Rev. David Bess officiating. Burial will be in Clendenin Memorial Gardens, with military graveside rites by American Legion Post 61, Clendenin. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. on May 9, 2012.4
