He was born on September 27, 1927 in Bradford, Pennsylvania to William Joseph Schreiber, foreman for Messer Oil Company and Olive Belle Thomas Schreiber, teacher. He graduated from High School in Smethport, Pennsylvania, and served in the Army Air Force during WWII, receiving military honors. He earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering while at Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Clara Elizabeth Schreiber; daughter Debra Sue Miranov and husband Joe of Enid, OK; son William Joseph and wife Cheryle of Milan, TN; son David Kent and wife Traci of Lake St. Louis, MO; grandchildren Stefan and wife Terra Miranov, Jason Miranov, Brandon and Brian Schreiber, Bradley, Brooke and Britt Schreiber; great grandsons Colin and Bennett; step-grandson Shawn Ortiz and wife Lesa and step-great grandsons Anston, Kyler, Jayden, and great granddaughter Kenzie. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and older brother, Jack Harrison Schreiber. Bill worked for Mobil Oil in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, New York, and Oklahoma. In partnership with Kevin Hoog, Bill formed Pentex Operating Company, wherein he owned and operated wells in Texas and Oklahoma. Bill was a member of the F&AM Lodge and was a faithful, dedicated member of NCCC where he served in many positions, including president of the congregation and president of the Men’s Fellowship, Elder, Choir member, and Stephen Minister. He and Clara ministered in various prisons as volunteers in the Charles Colson Prison Ministry. As a volunteer and President of Mended Hearts at Integris Baptist Hospital, Bill enjoyed and lifted the spirits of numerous patients and families he served. As a devoted husband and father Bill was always involved with Little League and Boy Scouts with sons Bill and Dave. Even with his active involvement in the community, he always made time to be at family gatherings, school functions, Debbie’s piano recitals, and sport functions. He was incredibly proud of his family, always making them a priority. on August 5, 2016.3 He died on August 6, 2016 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at age 88.3

Sara Elizabeth Nugen was buried at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, Fayette Co., West Virginia.3 Her married name was Webb.3 She married Charles Nelson Webb.3,5,6 Sara Elizabeth Nugen was born on October 1, 1931 at Bluefield, Mercer Co., West Virginia.3,7 She died on November 18, 2015 at Ashland, Boyd Co., Kentucky, at age 84.3,7 She Sara E. Webb, 84, of Oak Hill, was carried home by the angels on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. Born October 1, 1931 in Bluefield, W.Va., she was the daughter of Sidney and Georgia Honaker Nugen. She had a deep personal relationship with the Lord and was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Lochgelly. She worked at the former Pinnacle Pet Supply Co. in Oak Hill. She was a retired Walmart employee where she spent many of her days happily working in the pet department and organizing various Walmart parties and events. She loved working crossword puzzles and making jewelry in her later years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Georgia Nugen; her husband, Charles N. Webb and her son, Charles R. Webb. Survivors include: her daughter, Kathy Bowyer and husband Jim of Hurricane; her sister, Mary Green of Fayetteville; former daughter–in–law, Wanda Webb-Davis of Oak Hill; sisters-in-law, Jane Taylor of Oak Hill and Clydia Ross of Baltimore; four grandchildren, Charles S. "Charlie" Webb and wife Tracy of Oak Hill; Mary Ann Hunziker and husband Todd of Montvale, Va; Scott Bowyer and wife Brandi of Winfield; Elizabeth Hanna and husband Ben of Hurricane; five great-grandchildren, Cameron and Zachary Webb, Luke and Sam Hunziker, and Taylor Bowyer along with several nieces. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Charlie Webb, Scott Bowyer, Cameron Webb, Zachary Webb, Luke Hunziken, and Sam Hunziken will serve as pallbearers. on November 21, 2015.3
