Donald Howard "Don" Connor was buried at Gillespie Cemetery (also known as Barnett Cemetery), Sutton, Braxton Co., West Virginia.2 He Donald Howard Connor, 67, of Sutton, WV went home to be with Jesus on March 26, 2018 after a short illness. Don was born December 23, 1950 in Widen, WV to the late Erma W. Hamrick Connor and Junior R. Connor. Don and his wife Carolyn began traveling and singing and playing gospel music after they were married in 1973. This ministry continued throughout the years and “The Connors” as they were known, was still going strong and changing lives until he took his last peaceful breath and his legacy will live on through this ministry for years to come. He was so devoted to traveling and ministering. He has driven thousands of miles, played the guitar beautifully, maintained sound equipment, and made sure Carolyn and Missy sounded as beautiful as possible. When not on the road or working for the Board of Education Don, loved to hunt and ride his 4-wheeler. He loved spending time with his family in the woods. Don is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Carolyn Connor, whom he lovingly referred to as “Babycakes”, daughter Missy Scarbro and husband Philip of Sutton, and granddaughter, Melissa Graham-Barker and husband Cory of Gassaway. He also leaves behind 5 brothers and 2 sisters: James “Smokey” Connor and wife Kaaren of Sutton, WV, Shirley Salisbury and husband Bill of Sutton, WV, Ben Connor and wife Cathy of Sutton, WV, Jerry Connor of Huntington, WV, Patricia Given and husband Marty of Sutton, WV, John Connor and wife Dianne of Greenville, VA, and Gene Connor and wife Becky of Vienna, WV. Don also has many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews that love their uncle Don so very much. Burial will follow at Barnett Cemetery, Sutton.2 He was born on December 23, 1950 at Widen, Clay Co., West Virginia.2 He married Carolyn Unknown circa 1974.2 Donald Howard "Don" Connor died on March 26, 2018 at Sutton, Braxton Co., West Virginia, at age 67.2

Shirley Ann Justus Shirley J. Hamrick, of Sutton, went to be with here heavenly Father on Sunday, May 15, 2016, at Braxton Memorial Hospital, Gassaway. She was born April 30, 1937, in Little Birch, the daughter of the late Donald Burnell and Gaythel Pauline Jackston Justus. She was also preceded in death by her brother; Billy Justus and sister; Phyllis Justus Mollohan. Shirley was a homemaker, a member of the Long Run Baptist Church, Canfield, and a 1955 graduate of Sutton High School. She is survived by her husband; Raymond Dale, sons: Randy and wife, Linda J. and Mick Hamrick and his wife Connie Sue all of Suttons, brothers Jack Justus and wife Marilyn of Weston, WV and Bob Justus and wife Cheryl of Massilllion, OH, grandchildren; Brad (Melissa) and Brandy, all of Sutton, great-greatgrandchildren; Mikkie and Michael.2 She was buried at Dunn Cemetery, Braxton Co., West Virginia.3 She was born on April 30, 1937 at Little Birch, Braxton Co., West Virginia.2 As of December 10, 1955,her married name was Hamrick.1 She married Raymond Dale Hamrick, son of Benjamin Randolph "Ben" Hamrick and Clara Ocie Bleakney, on December 10, 1955 at Sutton, Braxton Co., West Virginia.1,2 Shirley Ann Justus died on May 15, 2016 at Gassaway, Braxton Co., West Virginia, at age 79.2

Wanda Louise Potasnik Wanda Louise Potasnik Hamrick, age 89, went home to be with the Lord on October 17, 2019 after a short illness. She was born January 17, 1930 in Widen, WV to the late John and Mary Potasnik. Wanda was also preceded in death by her husband, Leroy "Keith" Hamrick; son, Michael Keith Hamrick. Wanda worked at the Widen Bank and was a home maker. No one ever left her home hungry and she always had a friendly smile for everyone. She is survived by one sister, Francis Coluzzi of Waldorf, MD; and one very special sister-in-law, Marlene Potasnik of Nebo, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great and great-great nieces and nephews that she thought the world of.
