Louise was born Nov. 23, 1916 in Clifton Forge, Va., the daughter of Chisem Pearl and Lilly Della (Calahan) Wilhelm. She married Porter Huston Rayburn Jr., a native son of Clifton Forge, on May 10, 1940; he preceded her in death June 19, 2007. In 1945, Mrs. Rayburn and her husband Porter left Clifton Forge, Va., for Toledo, Ohio, where they remained for a number of years before re-locating to Kansas City North.
