She attended French's Chapel, Little Creek Community. Surviving are her husband, Kenneth "Dock" Stephens, Pulaski; daughters and son-in-law, Melissa McGinnis VanHorn, Dublin, Tina Stephens Turpin and Ronald Turpin, Pulaski; son and daughter in law, Terry Wayne Stephens and Stacey Mills Stephens, Pulaski; grandchildren, Ricky Lee French and wife, Krista French, Kimberly Lynn McGinnis, Kayla Diane Turpin; great grandson, Cameron Drake French; mother and father, William "Buck" and Reba Akers Bratton, Pulaski; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and David Davis, SC, Betty and Danny Riggs, Dublin; brother, Ray Bratton, Dublin; mother-in law, Georgia Stephens, Dublin; sisters-in-law, Linda Flirichum, Dublin, Connie Kersey, Bluefield, VA; beloved pet dog, Frisky. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2 p.m. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Billy Akers officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski. The family would like to thank everyone whom has called, sent food and came by at our time of need and loss. Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the family. on June 14, 2007.1
