C. Music officiating. Burial will be in the Stockton cemetery at Cedar Grove. The body will be removed from the Dodd mortuary in Fayetteville to the church an hour before the service. Mr. Dickinson, 90, of Belva, Nicholas county, died Wednesday at his home. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Louisa Dickinson; a daughter, Miss Annie Dickinson, at home; a son, John T. Dickinson of Belva; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. on June 21, 1946.3

Mr. Cline retired from Union Carbide in Alloy, W.Va. as a pipefitter with 22 years of service. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. Mr. Cline was a member of the Inverness VFW Post No. 4337, Pipefitters Union of Princeton, W.Va., and the Gauley Bridge Masonic Lodge. He was Baptist. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Cline on Aug. 11, 2005; one brother; and two sisters. Survivors include his son, Mark Cline and wife, Pamela of Alta, W.Va; daughter, Christina Shelton and husband, William, of Swiss, W.Va; brother, James Cline of Goshen, Ind; sister, Pansy Peterson of St. Petersburg, Fla; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Jo Ann Dickinson was buried at Osceola Memory Gardens, Kissimmee, Osceola Co., Florida.7 She was born on July 4, 1927 at Wyndal, Fayette Co., West Virginia.8,7 As of May 21, 1949,her married name was Pallares.6 She married Raymond "Ray" Pallares on May 21, 1949 at Gauley Bridge, Fayette Co., West Virginia.5,6,7 Jo Ann Dickinson died on October 29, 2011 at Florida at age 84.7 She PALLARES, JO ANN, 84, of Pine Castle, FL, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011. Jo Ann died of pancreatic cancer surrounded by her dear friends. Jo Ann was born Jo Ann Dickinson in Wyndall, WV on July 4, 1927. She grew up and graduated from high school in Gauley Bridge, WV. She then went to beauty school and had her own shop in Smithers, WV for two years before meeting Ray Pallares on a blind date in Beckley, WV. Nine months later they were married. Jo Ann continued to work as a beautician and Ray as a plumber in Beckley for the next 10 years before coming to Orlando. Ray worked 24 years as a pipefitter at Martin Marietta, retiring in 1985. Jo Ann worked 22 years at Winter Park Telephone and retired in 1986. Jo Ann was predeceased in death by her husband, Ray. She was active in her church, The First Baptist Church of Pine Castle, and gave generously to the Russell Home. She will be remembered always by her friends and neighbors by the footprints she left on their hearts. She was extremely helpful to so many people. She leaves behind her two dear cats: Prissy and Tommy. She also leaves two nieces: Carla Jo Walker, St. Albans, WV, and Christina Shelton of Swiss, WV; a nephew: Mark Cline, Belva, WV; and a sister-in-law: Mary Hanson of Fairfax, VA. We would like to thank her caregivers: Mary Cohea, Dina Morrill, Laura Powers, and Carol Nason, and especially Hospice of the Comforter for their inspiration, direction, and help during this time. A gathering will be held Thursday, Nov. 3 from 9:30 to 10 am followed by Funeral services at 10 am at the First Baptist Church of Pine Castle. Interment will follow at Osceola Memory Gardens in Kissimmee, FL. A brief luncheon will be served at the church after friends and family return from the burial. He was born on February 13, 1925 in Ethel, West Virginia. Mr. Pallares is an Army Veteran. He was a Pipefitter and retired from Lockheed-Martin after 24 years. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann; sister, Mary Hanson of Fairfax, Va; brother, Tony Pallares of Beckley, W. Va; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10-11AM with a funeral service at 11AM, Tuesday, May 29th at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Pine Castle Chapel.
