He was born on Nov. 23, 1930 in Greene County, Ind. to Louis and Dovie White Lambermont. Bob was a lifelong farmer and retired from the Indianapolis Chevrolet Plant in 1981 with 30 years of service as the carpenter. His parents, a granddaughter, Tiffany Mauk and a great-grandson, Robert Cade Mauk preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife of 59 years, Betty Jean Pilant Lambermont, whom he married on May 1, 1949; his children, Shirley Dodds and husband, Mike of Carlisle, Don Lambermont and wife, Connie of Greencastle, Ron Lambermont and wife, Sheri of Marshall, Jim Lambermont and wife, Robin of Troy, Missouri; brothers, Charles Lambermont of Jasonville, Bill Lambermont and wife, Jean of Brazil, Max Lambermont and wife, Linda of Jasonville, Sisters, Delores Flater and husband, Jim of Linton, Carol Zimmerman of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Dustin Dodds and wife, Traci, Erin Dodds, Staci Parent and husband, Doug, Travis Lambermont and wife, April, Amy Lister and husband, Jimmy, Dylan Lambermont and wife, Renee, Colten and Holiday Lambermont, Natalie Langham and husband, Jay, Chasta Uptegrove and husband, Billy; 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, with Rev. Tim Matthews officiating. Interment will follow at Clinton Falls Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m at the funeral home. Memorials in Bob's name may be made to the Clinton Township Scholarship Fund. on August 6, 2008.1

She was born June 7, 1923, the daughter of Otis Mullens and Leora Snellenburger Mullens. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Donald Wayne Pilant, whom she married Jan. 26, 1947; a daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Jeff Sisk of Lewis; son and daughter-in-law, Virgil and Yvonne Pilant of Lewis; daughter-in-law, Patty Pilant of Farmersburg; two sisters, Dorothy Pilant of Jasonville and Norma Bemis of Coalmont; nine grandchildren, Michelle and Brian Curry, Marci and Jeff Holley, Brad Pilant, Jennifer Richardson, Cindy Pilant, Greg and Dara Pilant, Jessica Keller, Amy and Cameron Dickson, and Jason Mills; 22 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; one son, Walter Pilant; great-grandson, Chance Hadley; four sisters, Louise Kittle, Nellamae Criss, Ressa Raley and Anna Muriel Shew; two brothers, Cecil Mullens and Floyd Mullens. She was a member of Friendly Grove Baptist Church, active in ladies missionary circle, graduated from Coalmont High School in 1942. She loved to play cards and enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services are 1 p.m. Thursday in McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home, 631 E. Main St., Jasonville, with the Rev. David Smith officiating. on December 4, 2007.3

Pilant and Myrtle Marie Downes, on October 21, 1944 at Indiana.1,3 Julia Ethel Boes died on December 23, 2016 at Linton, Greene Co., Indiana, at age 91.1 She Julia (Boes) Pilant, 91, of Jasonville, passed away at 3:09 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, 2016, at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton. She was born Dec. 23, 1925, in Edgar County, Ill., to William J. "Bill" and Martha (Jordan) Boes. Julia married David Pilant on Oct. 21, 1944, who passed away in November 1994. Survivors include daughter, Donna Rose (Street) Weinbrecht of Coalmont; sons and daughters-in-law, Norman and Brenda Pilant of Jasonville and John W. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Pilant; brothers, Reanis Boes, Howard Boes, Cecil Boes, Russell Boes, Richard Boes and Donald Boes; sister, Bernice Hayden; grandsons, Eric Street and Troy Street; great-granddaughter, Alyssa Street; and son-in-law, Larry Weinbrecht. Julia was a hairdresser for 50 years. She was a member of Jasonville United Methodist Church and was very active for over 60 years. She loved quilting, crocheting and enjoyed keeping busy. Interment will be at Friendly Grove Cemetery in Lewis. on December 24, 2016.1
