Foutt of Florida; sisters, Carol Leffew of Poca, Connie Eskew of Florida; one grandchild, Cortney M. Foutt of Chelyan. A kind and giving man, Ron "Butch" Foutt will be greatly missed by family and friends. Memorial service will be 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, at Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. She is also survived by special friends, Jimmie Sue Beasley and family of Tariff and Rena Green of Charleston. A host of adopted grandkids, extended family, friends and her great-granddog will miss her greatly. Patsy was a graduate of East Bank High School. She was a former coalminer and scale house dispatcher. She was most proud of the work she did with the Charleston AIDS Network, Covenant House Housing Board, American Red Cross, State AIDS Task Force, WVDHHR, and all the AIDS education she did across the state. She would tell you the only thing she was more proud of was the light of her life, her children and grandchildren. Patsy, as well as her family, would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Sandy Elliott and Dr. Joe White for all the years of care they provided. A very special thank you goes to HospiceCare for helping when no help could be found. Thank you most of all goes to Dr. "T", Bill Tomlinson, for the excellent care and compassion, and for going above and beyond to take care of his patient.
