Dianna Lynn Jones Dianna Lynn Jones Carter, 61, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, September 09, 2015 at Cornerstone Hospice in Winter Park, FL. Born December 7, 1953, in Oak Hill, WV, the daughter of the late Jesse Jones and Loretta Ernestine Epperly Jones Legg and stepdaughter of the late Edward A. Legg. Dianna was a 1971 graduate of Collins High School in Oak Hill and a graduate of Marshall University. She was a member of the Oak Hill United Methodist Church. She was a retired teacher having worked for the Fayette County Board of Education. Survivors include sons, Jason Carter of Tallahassee, FL and Shawn Carter of Orlando, FL; daughter, Tiffany Carter of Columbus, OH; sister, Penny Edwards of Oak Hill; brother, Tony Epperly of North Carolina; and a granddaughter, Mia Carter. Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 12:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Dr. Charles Miller and Dr. Sharon Miller officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill.
