     Cari LaJean Roper was buried at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, 6500 S 129th East Avenue, Broken Arrow, Tulsa Co., Oklahoma.4 She Cari LaJean McLarty was called home by the Lord in the early morning hours May 3, 2012 after a 14 month battle with cancer. Throughout Cari's battle with this terrible disease, her faith, spirit and love for her family never wavered. Cari is survived by her loving husband, Steven, her parents, Douglas and LaJean Roper, Grandmother Emma Timmons, brother Rodney Roper and sister in law, Karla, sister in law, Barbara Thompson, brother in law, John McLarty and sister in law Kris McLarty, 23 cousins, 9 terrific nieces and nephews and a multitude of close 2nd and 3rd cousins and Great Aunts and Uncles, as well as, 1,000's of dear friends. Cari was born on June 6, 1965 in Lubbock Texas. The family moved to Oklahoma City before settling in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in 1975. Cari graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1983. She pursued her college education at Central Oklahoma State and Oklahoma State University prior to receiving her degree in Finance from Northeastern Oklahoma State University in Tahlequah Oklahoma in 1990. On November 5, 1989, Cari met the love of her life, Steven. They married at Arrow Heights Baptist Church on April 6, 1991. The love story displayed over their 21 year marriage was beautiful and inspirational and will last beyond their deaths. Cari choose a career in Real Estate with ReMax Executives where she continued to display a devotion to the people she worked with and served. Cari was an active member of the Children's Medical Charities Activities (CMCA); Arrow Heights Organ Transplant Council and was an active member of Arrow Heights Baptist Church. Throughout Cari's life, her incredible personality, kindness, and servant's heart touched so many people throughout the world that her 14 month fight against cancer made the statement "MacSmack" a common theme on a Caringbridge.org website that yielded over 24,000 posts of love and support. Cari loved life and approached it with a zest that touched those in her path yielding positive memories for all. Cari's beautiful eyes and infectious smile will always be remembered yet she will be sorely missed by all of those who knew and loved her.2 She was born on June 6, 1965 at Lubbock, Lubbock Co., Texas.1,2 As of April 6, 1991,her married name was McLarty.2 She married Steven T. McLarty on April 6, 1991 at Broken Arrow, Tulsa Co., Oklahoma.2 Cari LaJean Roper died on May 3, 2012 at Oklahoma at age 46.2

     Debra Ann "Debbie" Carson Debra "Debbie" Ann Akers, 68, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021 in Wichita Falls. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Debbie was born June 16, 1953, to Carl Eugene and Erma Lee (Beaty) Carson. She married David Akers November 15, 1991 in Graham and he preceded her in death December 19, 2018. Debbie was a nurse for over 30 years, and spent her entire career taking care of the elderly. She was absolutely over the top at Christmas time, with all her decorations and the multitude of gifts for her grandchildren. By far, her favorite loves in life were her children and her grandchildren. Survivors include: son, Danny Huckobey of Graham; mother, Erma Beckham and husband James of Graham; brother, Doyle Carson and wife, Victoria of Graham; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Carson, husband, Johnny Huckobey, daughters, Kelli Huckobey and Staci Huckobey and son, Scott Elliott.4 She was buried at Pioneer Cemetery, 1000 4th Street, Graham, Young Co., Texas.4 She was born on June 16, 1953.4 As of November 15, 1991,her married name was Akers.2 She married David J.
