She was the daughter of the late Denny and Esther Wills Lafferty. Born October 26, 1932 in Rock Creek, West Virginia. Corena was an avid bowler for over 40 years. She won numerous individual and team tournament events, making many friends along the way. She retired from Heartland Nursing Home in Beckley, where she worked for 20 years as the midnight shift nursing supervisor. During this time, she trained many employees and continually demanded the best of them. For the past two and a half years, she resided at The Inn at The Villages of Greystone in Beaver where along with her sidekick, Sugar, she continued this work. Pushing and testing each caregiver to their limits with her wit and wile but as she did with her employees, wormed her way into their hearts. She was cared for with much love and respect by each member of the staff. Corena was known for her spunk, humor, frankness and generosity to her family, close friends and neighbors. She gave each of us to tell and a memory to keep. She will be missed. In addition to her parents, she is now reunited with her loving husband, John Bradford; brothers, Herl and Donald Lafferty; sister, Gloria Lafferty Clay, all from Cleveland, Oh. Those left to cherish her memory include daughters, Janie Bradford Webber and husband Tracy of Beckley and Judy Bradford Lilly of Beckley; son, John Bradford of Glen Daniel; sisters, Maxine Lafferty Sevin of PA and Glenna Lafferty Price of Cleveland, OH; grandchildren, James Rowe and wife Jennifer of Nashua, NH, Julie Rowe Gunnoe of Beckley, Shawn Bradford of Charleston, J.R. Bradford and wife Tina of Glen Daniel, Joshua Lilly of Cool Ridge, Margaret Webber Pellino and husband Joe of Atlanta and Gabriel Webber of Atlanta; seven great grandchildren; two special childhood and lifelong friends, Bonnie Brock Clay of Saxon, WV and Mona Lee Wakeland of Grove City, Oh. Friends may gather with the family, Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Williams-Blue Ridge Funeral Home. Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the funeral home. Sevin died on July 27, 2007 at Hookstown, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania, at age 83.1,3,2 He Robert L. Sevin, 83, passed away on July 27, 2007, at home, in Hookstown, with his loving family beside him. Born Feb. 4, 1924, in Economy, Pa., a son of the late William and Martha (Benninger) Sevin, he served in the United States Army during World War II and was also a staff sergeant in the Air Force. He retired from LTV in Aliquippa. Being a golfer he enjoyed his part-time job at Marada Golf Course in Clinton, Pa. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 8805 in Hopewell. He attended the Free Methodist Church in Hookstown and was a member of the South Side Senior Citizens for many years. He bowled in many different leagues in the valley. He was very proud of his yard and garden. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Irvin, Stan, Raymond, and Albert Sevin; six sisters, Hazel Ross, Vera Smith, Elenora Miller, Thelma Robinson, Isabelle Young and Roberta Sevin. He is survived by his wife, Maxine (Lafferty) Sevin, at home; four children, Stan and Mary Sevin, Amston, Ct; Mike and Debbie Bradford, Hookstown; Richard and Peggy Bradford, Salesville, and Beverly Joan Will, Hookstown. He was very proud of his 12 grandchildren, 19-great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. He is also survived by a sister, Virginia Mercer, Chester; three sisters-in-law, Laura Sevin, Gibsonia, Pa; Corena Bradford, Sophia, W.Va., and Glenna Price, Cleveland, Ohio. Also by many nieces and nephews and two cousins from Ambridge, Pa; two brothers-in-law Donald Lafferty and Herl Dean Lafferty and a sister-in-law, Gloria Clay. He also leaves behind two canines, Ruly and Baby. Family and friends will be received Monday, July 30, 2007, from 5 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 7:30 p.m. in the NEWELL CHAPEL of the NIXON FUNERAL HOME. The Rev.      Denny Michael "Mike" Bradford was buried at Wills-Lafferty Cemetery, Rock Creek, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.2,3 He was born on May 12, 1947 at Rock Creek, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.2,4,3 He married Debbie Lynn Boudreau circa 1977.3 Denny Michael "Mike" Bradford died on July 4, 2012 at Hookstown, Beaver Co., Pennsylvania, at age 65.2,4,3 He HOOKSTOWN - Denny Michael Bradford went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, surrounded by his family. He was a proud Vietnam veteran with the United States Marine Corps. He also was retired from Laborers Local 1058. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He received a double lung transplant in December of 2010 that gave him 18 months of wonderful life again after a prolonged battle with COPD. He was born on May 12, 1947, in Rock Creek, WV, to Maxine (Lafferty) Bradford and the late William Albert Bradford. He volunteered for the USMC at 17 and served three tours in the Vietnam War. He was well known as a strong family man and an exceptional mechanic and handyman. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Debbie Lynn (Boudreau); his mother, Maxine (Lafferty) Sevin, and his children, Darrell Michael (Michelle) and William Lee, and his grandchildren, Darrell and Michelle's Julia Ann and Charles Ray, all of Hookstown. He is also survived by his brother, Richard (Peggy) Bradford of Salesville, OH, and his beloved niece and nephew, Bobi Jo Will and Kenneth Brad Will (Janet), both of Aliquippa. He also has numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and other loved ones. He was preceded to the Lord by his father, William Albert Bradford; his sister, Beverly Joan (Bradford) Will, and his stepfather, Robert L. Sevin. Friends and family will be received at the Nixon Funeral Home in Newell, WV, on Sunday, July 8, 2012, from 2 to 5 p.m. with funeral services at 5 p.m. The Tri-State Veterans Burial Group will conduct military honors. He will be buried in the Lafferty Cemetery in Rock Creek, WV. on July 6, 2012.3

Roberta was born April 1, 1932, one of eleven children born to the late Wilbur and Gertrude Woods Brown. She was preceded in death by sisters Goldie Pettry, Dora Mae Finsley, Fern Dennison and two older siblings. Last year, she lost her dear friend and sister-inlaw Edna Wills in March and her husband of four years, Kenneth Martin in June. In 1992, she lost her first husband and the father of her children, Joseph Edward "Boy" Wills. Roberta is survived by her two children: daughter Kathy Wills Honaker and husband Gary, son Joe Wills and wife Elizabeth, her one and only beloved granddaughter, Courtney Epling and husband Matt, all of Arnett. She is also survived by three brothers, Bobby Brown and wife Enid of Ravenswood, W.Va., William Brown of Glen Daniel, and James Cledith Brown and wife Pat of Napoleon, Ohio; two sisters, Patricia Snodgrass and husband Kenneth of Arnett, and Kathleen Cales of Green Sulphur Springs, W.Va; two brothers-in-law, James Pettry of Virginia and Donald Dennison of Arnett, and numerous nieces and nephews, including a very (the obit ended here) on May 12, 2011.3
