The last 22 years he and his wife Clarice have enjoyed the winter months in Scottsdale, Arizona. Then returning to spend the summers in the Tri Cities. Surviving are Wife, Clarice Meadows of 64 years, daughter, Dr. Deborah Meadows and Husband Michael Grinnell. Two grandsons, and a great-grandson and a great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by father, H. William Meadows, mother, Sudie Mae Meadows. At his request, there will be no services. on September 23, 2011.²
