     David Dean Graybeal was born on October 9, 1940 at Bell Co., Kentucky.2,4 He married Carol Ann Baugher, daughter of Elmer Asa Baugher and Lara Gertrude Waldron, on June 10, 1967.1,2,3,5 David Dean Graybeal died on November 23, 2019 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 79.2 He David Dean Graybeal, 79, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Friendship Manor South Nursing Home. He was born October 9, 1940 in Somerset, Ky. to the late Joseph David Dean and Hazel Myers Graybeal. David graduated from Centre College of Kentucky in 1962 with a B.A. in History and received his master's degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky. After graduation, he moved to Roanoke where he taught History and Government at William Byrd High School before returning to his Alma Mater, Centre College in 1967, to serve as Alumni Director. In 1971, David returned to Roanoke where he taught History, Government, and Marketing Education at Cave Spring High School prior to becoming a Financial Advisor with Shenandoah Life Insurance Company in 1980 and later John Hancock Financial Services where he received numerous honors and awards. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol Graybeal; daughters, Heather Graybeal Caldwell and Tiffany Graybeal Winser; son-in-laws, Gerard Caldwell, III and Edward Winser; grandchildren, David and William Caldwell, and Matthew and Caroline Winser. David was preceded in death by his brother, William Joseph Graybeal, of San Diego, California. on December 1, 2019.2

She was born on January 16, 1930, to the late James Otha and Della May Webb Underwood. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Everett (Junior) E. Manning. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Barbara Higgs, Louise Tyree, Wilma Likens, Violet Radford, and Thelma Lipscomb; and her brothers, Hanford, Posey, and Melvin Underwood. Mina is survived by brothers-in-law, Wilbert (Faye) Manning andAlton (Olivia) Manning; two sisters-in-law, Gladys M. Moore and Phyllis Underwood; and lots of nieces and nephews. Mina retired from Double Envelope with 43 years of service. She was a member of Ogden Social Service Club and loved volunteering for the RSVP and the LOA. She was a member of Poages Mill Church of the Brethren. The family would like to thank the staff of Richfield Recovery and Care Center and Good Samaritan Hospice Team for their compassionate care. A celebration of Mina's life will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2014, at Oakey's South Chapel with the Rev. E.B. Shoemaker and the Rev. Maurice Wright officiating. Viewing and receiving of friends will take place one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Poages Mill Church of the Brethren, 6550 Ben on November 26, 2014.4

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Octavia Hall Martin; four sons, Grady, Adrian, John and Chilton, all of Beaver; three daughters, Mrs. Frank Treadway and Mrs. Monroe Worthington, both of Beaver, and Mrs. Ray Carden of Cleveland, Ohio; one brother, Thomas Martin of Blue Jay; one sister, Mrs. Leda Akers, of Beaver; 23 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. The body will be taken from the Melton Mortuary top the residence at 4 p.m. today. It will remain there until 1 p.m. Saturday, and then be taken to the church. Burial will be in the Blue Jay Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. on May 2, 1958.6
