He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Okie Tosh Polk; three daughters, Hazel, Shirley, and Irene, all at home; one son, Rudolph, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Ritter, Beckley, Mrs. Garnet Bass, Piney View, Mrs. Clara Cooney, Beckley; two brothers, Perry Polk, Beckley, and Daniel, Sophia. The body will remain at the Calfee Funeral Home until 4 p.m. Sunday when it will be removed to the residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Glen View Baptist Church with the Rev. Frank Monroe and the Rev. Dewey Wilson officiating. Burial will be made in Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Virgil Gunther, Richard Summers, Clinton Wills, William Lively, Earl Grady, and Robert Barn. on April 10, 1955.6

Burial, with Calfee undertakers in charge, will be made in Sunset Memorial Park. Brothers and sisters living are A. C. Polk, of Crab Orchard; P. K. Polk, Daniel Polk, Mrs. Frank Ritter, Mrs. D. K. Daniels, and Miss Clara Barton Polk, all of Sophia. on October 11, 1932.4
