     Lloyd Henry "Knobby" Wright was buried at Clear Run Cemetery, Bridgeton, Parke Co., Indiana.³ He was born on December 1, 1920 at Terre Haute, Vigo Co., Indiana.^5,3 He married Gelaine Gibbs circa 1947.³ Lloyd Henry "Knobby" Wright ROSEDALE — Lloyd H. “Knobby” Wright, 86, of Rosedale passed away at 8:58 a.m. Thursday Jan. 4, 2007 in Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was a farmer and he also worked with the Vigo County Highway Department. He was born Dec. 1, 1920 in Terre Haute to Dan Wright and Lorene McKay Wright. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Gelaine Gibbs Wright; sons, Lloyd G. Wright, Danny Wright and Bobby Wright, all of Terre Haute; daughter, Connie Conway and her husband John of Terre Haute; brother, Ivan Wright of Mont., sisters, Anna Ruth Long of Terre Haute, and Doris Peyer of Wisconsin; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was a U.S. Army World War II veteran and a member of American Legion Post 290 at Rosedale. He loved the outdoors. He also loved to farm with horses and cut wood. Funeral services are 1 p.m. Sunday in Mattox-Wood Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bill Herb officiating. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Burial is in Clear Run Cemetery at Bridgeton, with military graveside rites performed by American Legion Post 290, Rosedale. on January 4, 2007.³ He died on January 4, 2007 at Terre Haute, Vigo Co., Indiana, at age 86.^5,3
