Brown, and eight siblings. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a host of loving friends and church family. Above all, she will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenville Bowers; four brothers and two sisters. Family left to cherish her memory include her son, Michael Bowers and wife Karen; daughter, Bonnie Bonner and husband Tim; sisters, Virginia Brown and Norma Hatcher and husband Jabe; grandchildren, Kalyn Comstock and husband Nick, Kimberly Council and husband John, Kristen Wendle and husband Jason; Christopher Bowers, Amanda Irvin, and Lucas Irvin; great grandson, Christopher Comstock; and many nieces and nephews. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park in Salem. on November 22, 2014.2

Interment followed in Jacksonville Cemetery. The family would like to thank Carilion Hospice and all other caregivers and friends for the love and kindness they showed to Mom. on July 21, 2016.5

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Norma Hatcher, his son, Jerry Tilden Hatcher, and his parents, Harlow and Emily Hatcher. Left to cherish his memory are his children, David (Darla) Hatcher, Sanford (Teresa) Hatcher, and Alice (Ralph) Hollandsworth, and daughter-in-law, Susan Hatcher, all of Floyd; six grandchildren, Mark (Stacy) Hollandsworth, Bradley Hatcher, Allison (Anthony) Munsey, Ashley (Shayne) Poff, Telena (Riley) Harmon, and Samuel Hatcher; and seven great-grandchildren, Trent, Gavin, Macy, Heath, Tanner, James, and Harlow. Jabe served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict from 1953 to 1955. During his high school years his passion was playing basketball in which he held a game high record of 51 points for several years. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Carilion Hospice, The Barter Clinic, and Skyline Nursing and Rehab for their compassion and care for our farther during this difficult time. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Cemetery in Floyd. on March 4, 2017.4

Born March 20, 1941, in Alleghany County, VA, she was a daughter of the late Asie and Dessie May Fain Graham. Mrs. Ramsey was of the Protestant faith. She was a retired night cleaner at The Greenbrier. In her earlier years, she worked at the former Burlington Mills Plant in White Sulphur Springs, WV. She loved gardening, sewing, and getting information about herbs, of which she had a great knowledge of their healing capabilities. Mrs. Ramsey also liked to go to flea markets. Preceding her in death, other than her parents, were her husband, Bernard James Ramsey in 2006; and one brother, Acie Graham. Survivors include a son, Bernard C. Ramsey at home; a daughter, Elise Ramsey of Cambridge, MA; and brothers, Atz, Hayroth, and McKinnon, all of White Sulphur Springs, and Kinwood of Monroe County, WV. She is also survived by numerous friends and neighbors who remember her as a hard-working, very kind, enjoyable lady. Interment will follow in the Spence Cemetery at Glace, WV. on November 26, 2014.4

Hayroth had worked as custodian with Greenbrier County Schools with over 42 years of service, starting out at Anthony Creek in 1975 then to Frankford Elementary in 1986. He liked the children and they liked him; often coming up and hugging him. Hayroth loved the outdoors and spending time with his family. He liked westerns and hunting shows. Preceding him in death other than his parents, were his brothers and sisters; Acie, Elouise Ramsey, Wava, Ruby, Virginia, Norma, Verena, Gaston (Weber), and Renth. A loving husband, father and grandfather to his wife of 39 years Tina Tucker Graham; son Justin (Delta) Graham of Alvon; grandchildren Calvin Richardson of Vinton, VA., Hunter Meadows (Lexi Price) of Michigan and Jacob Meadows of Alvon; brothers Atz Graham of Alvon, Kenwood Graham (Diana) of Lindside and McKimmon (Mac) Graham (Darlene) of Alvon; as well as several nieces and nephews. Interment will be at the Graham Family Cemetery on the family farm on Allegheny Mountain. Serving as pallbearers will be Bob Graham, Rick Graham, Ron Graham, Ike Wade, Steve Wade and Andrew Graham; Jacob Meadows will serve as honorary pallbearers.5

He was born January 24, 1947 on Johnson Creek, VA. and was the son of the late Acie C. and Dessie M. Fain Graham. Doing his working years he worked on the Back Creek Dam project with Daniels Construction, then to Utah for several months. Atz did handyman work before being employed by Rainbow Lumber Company, after it closed he worked for the City of White Sulphur Springs. Atz was a true mountain man spending most of his free time and retirement on the family farm on Allegheny Mountain. He was always building and fixing something but he had a love for gardening. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by several half siblings. Surviving Atz are his brothers Kenwood (Diana) Graham and McKimmon (Darlene) Graham; sister in law Tina Tucker Graham; several nieces and nephews. Interment will follow at the Graham Family Cemetery on Allegheny Mountain. Serving as pallbearers will be Bob Graham, Ron Graham, Rick Graham, Andrew Graham Justin Graham and Jacob Meadows.4 He was buried at Graham Family Cemetery, Alvon, Greenbrier Co., West Virginia.4 He was born on January 24, 1947 at Johnson Creek, Alleghany Co., Virginia.5,4 He died on April 20, 2023 at Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 76.4
