Oakey & Son, Salem, Thursday, May 2, 1996, 2 p.m., with the Rev. Mike Slaughter officiating. Burial to follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. on May 1, 1996.2

Harry Pilkington at 1 p.m. Monday in the Welton Chapel at Allen Junction. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park between Princeton and Bluefield. Mrs. Wilson, mother of Mrs. Noah Vest of Corinne, died at 4:35 p.m. Saturday in a Beckley hospital, where she had been a patient since developing pneumonia earlier in the week. Born Jan. 4, 1878, in Floyd County, Va., she was a daughter of Noah and Sarah Lawrence. For the past several months, she and her husband, Pedro, had been residing with their daughter at Corinne. They had formerly lived at Pilot, Va., where she was a member of the Methodist Church. Other survivors include a son, F. M. Wilson of Sullivan; and three sisters, Mrs. Lura Rogers of Hinton, Mrs. Della Long of Midway, and Mrs. Texanna Long of Craigsville. The body is at the Robertson and Foglesong Funeral Home. on January 19, 1959.6
