Donna was born on June 23, 1953 in St. Joseph County to the late Kenneth and Velma (Sauer) Merrill, Sr. She has been a resident of Lakeville for her entire life, wintering in Florida for the past 10 years. On December 31, 1985 in South Bend, Donna and Keith P. Roush were united in marriage. Along with her husband, Keith, she is survived by her five children, Glenn Cormican of LaPorte, IN, Denny (Haydee) Cormican of Lakeville, Valarie (Eric) Smith of Lakeville, Keenan Roush of Angola and Kent Roush of Angola; thirteen grandchildren, Rebecca, Austin, Aaron, Taylor, Hannah, Alivia, Trisha (Mike), Alicia, Pamela, Briar, Nathan, Amber, and Noah; three great grandchildren, Braxton, Jayce and Aviendha; one sister, Dixie Howell of Bremen; and her sister-in-law, Dawn Merrill of Bremen. Along with her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Merrill, Jr. Donna retired from Toro Corporation, and formerly was employed at Midwest Lumber Company in Bremen, IN. She loved gardening, birds, flea markets, beaches and pizza parties. She looked forward to her weekly game days with friends. She also enjoyed gatherings with family and friends. Most importantly, Donna loved her family and will be missed by all.
