A resident of Philadelphia for most of his life, he moved to the Telford area to reside with his daughter, Joyce Tesio, in June. Hall was employed as a security guard for the former Metal Weld Co. of Philadelphia for many years, until his retirement in 1974. He is survived by three daughters: Joyce Ann Tesio, Telford; Deborah, wife of William Miller, Merritt Island, Florida; and Ramona E., wife of Eddie Heller, Broomall; a son, Donald Lee Hall and his wife Faye, Panama City, Florida; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three sisters: Kathleen Sowers, Geneva Hall, both of Christiansburg, 3. Virginia and Brownie Correll, Philadelphia and a brother, Clarence Hall, Virginia. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Hercie Hall and an infant brother. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park, Philadelphia. on September 21, 1994.7

Faye was born June 13, 1938 in Christiansburg, VA to Edward Lacey and Sally Elizabeth (Kidd) Jennings, Sr. Faye was a supportive Air Force wife traveling the world for 31 years and settled here in 1981 from Washington, DC. Faye was a Special Education Teacher for her career and taught and retired with the Bay County Schools; she was also instrumental in founding BESPA (Bay Educational Support Personnel Association). Faye was a faithful and regular member of Parker United Methodist Church and served the church with its Food Pantry and Hospitality Committee. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter #96 and the Daughter of The Nile. Faye was also a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority in the Beta Zeta Master Chapter. Faye was preceded in death by her son, Brian Keith Hall, her cousin Kenneth Dobson as well as her parents. She was united in marriage in 1955 to her husband, Donal who resides in Panama City. She is also survived by her daughter, Sharon Hall-Tyler and her husband Kenneth of Blairsville, GA; her brother, Edward L.
