     Tracy Alan Whitlow was buried at New Zion Cemetery, Elgood, Mercer Co., West Virginia.^2,5 His Social Security Number was 235-27-8837.⁶ He was born on April 21, 1985 at Princeton, Mercer Co., West Virginia.^2,3,4,5 He died on July 6, 2003 at Durham, Durham Co., North Carolina, at age 18.^2,3,4,6,5 He Tracy Alan Whitlow, 18, of Brown’s Road in Keysville, died Sunday, July 6, 2003, at Duke University Hospital in Durham, N.C. following a long illness. Born April 21, 1985, in Princeton, he was the son of Danny Ray and Sheila Miller Whitlow of Keysville. He was a graduate of Oakvale School and was a senior at Pikeview High School. He was of the Baptist faith and became a child of God 2 1/2 years ago. He had been a lifelong resident of Kellysville. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Ethel Whitlow. Additional survivors include two brothers, Tony Miller and wife Lisa of Statesville, N.C., and Tim Whitlow and wife Kim of Princeton; one sister, Cynthia Woody and husband Jessie of Kellysville; one nephew, Cody Ray Whitlow of Princeton; and maternal grandparents, Charles and Lena Miller of Brown’s Road in Kellysville. Burial will follow at the New Zion Cemetery, Route 3, Princeton. Serving as pallbearers will be Rich Morgan, Shannon Whitlow, Todd Thompson, Arvel Thompson, Arvel Thompson Jr., and David Woody. on July 8, 2003.⁵

     William Carter Seay was buried at Richmond National Cemetery, Richmond, Virginia.^2,3,6,5 He was born on August 19, 1915 at Norfolk, Virginia.^3,6,7,4,5 He married Betty Jo Whitlow, daughter of Robert Lee Whitlow and Flora Alice Whitt, on November 9, 1953 at Elizabeth City, Pasquotank Co., North Carolina.¹ William Carter Seay and Betty Jo Whitlow were divorced on December 22, 1959 at Portsmouth, Virginia.¹ William Carter Seay died on January 20, 1961 at Richmond, Virginia, at age 45.^2,3,6,5
