She was born in Clarksburg on August 3, 1947, a daughter of the late Wilbert and Lois Paxton DuFour. She is survived by her husband, David W. Sutter, whom she married on December 17, 1970; one daughter, Deirdre Demana and her husband, Brian; one grandson, Vincent Demana; one brother, Raymond DeFour and two sisters, Elisa Rowe-Dye-Mahoney and her companion, Alva Ford and Joyce Chada and her husband, Gene. Mrs. Sutter taught as Notre Dame High School and was a registered nurse at Clarksburg Continuous Care Center. She retired from United Technical Center where she taught Nursing Assistance. In keeping with her wishes, Mrs. Sutter will be cremated. on April 14, 2020.¹
