     Candy Lynn John Candy J. Whitlock, Feb 09, 1955 - Apr 25, 2025. Candy J. Whitlock, 70, of Floyd, passed away on April 25, 2025. She was a long-time member of the Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Perry Whitlock; children, Carla Morrison (Herb), Alysia Hodge (Donald “Bobby”), Perry Whitlock Jr. (Elizabeth); Grandkids, Olivia Howell (Curtis), Brianna Morrison, Ashton Hodge, Reagan Whitlock, Sadie Whitlock, Josie Whitlock; sister, Agnes Shank; brother, James John (Sue); brother-in-law, Donny Dale Whitlock, Joe Whitlock, Richard Conner; Sister-in-laws, Rebekah Kinsley, Elizabeth Whitlock; along with several nieces and nephews. Interment will follow in Wright Cemetery.² She was buried at Wright Cemetery (also known as Whitlock-Blackwell Cemetery), Pizarro, Floyd Co., Virginia.² She was born on February 9, 1955 at West Virginia.^1,2 As of June 10, 1972,her married name was Whitlock.¹ She married Perry Lee Whitlock Sr., son of Elinos Alton Whitlock and Estella Jackson Yeatts, on June 10, 1972 at Floyd, Floyd Co., Virginia.^1,2 Candy Lynn John died on April 25, 2025 at Virginia at age 70.²
