Shiflett, of Baltimore, and William Ed Shiflett, Delwood Weaver Shiflett and Herman Parker Shiflett, all of Stanardsville; one step-daughter, Mrs. Carrie Catherine Sacre, of Charlottesville; his mother, Mrs. Minnie Delma Kirby Hunt, of Charlottesville; four sisters, Mrs. Keith Hudgins, of Norfolk, and Mrs. C. B. Eubank, Mrs. Dorothy Morris and Mrs. John Morris, all of Charlottesville; six brothers, Judson and Irvine Hunt, both of Cifton Forge, Joseph and Aubrey Hunt, both of Charlottesville, Walker Hunt of Waynesboro, and Roy Hunt, of North Garden, Va., and five grandchildren. on April 8, 1952.3

     Priscilla Anne Tilson was buried at Fair View Cemetery, 3300 Melrose Ave. N.W., Roanoke, Virginia.3,4 Her Social Security Number was 225-58-8229.5 She was born on June 7, 1943 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.1,2,3,5 As of April 7, 1978,her married name was Stewart.1 She married Larry Edward Stewart, son of Edward Henry Stewart Jr. and Mildred Jacqueline Davis, on April 7, 1978 at New Castle, Craig Co., Virginia.1,4 Priscilla Anne Tilson died on April 10, 2011 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 67.3,4,5,6 She Priscilla Tilson Henderlite Stewart, 67, beloved mother, of Salem, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, April 10, 2011, after a lifelong battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her father, James William Tilson; her parents, Samuel Chester Turner and Sallie McKemy Turner; and an infant brother, Robert Franklin Turner. Surviving are daughter, Deborah (Chris) Sherrill, of Weaverville, N.C; son, Charlie (Kelly) Stewart, of Roanoke, Va; daughter, Sallie (Dean) Hodges, of Rocky Mount, Va; grandchildren, Kelsey Hodges, Lizbeth, Noah and Masen Sherrill and one very special grandbaby on the way; brother, Randy (Wanda) Turner; her beloved pet, Babie; soul mate and care taker, Larry Stewart; stepson, Dirk Stewart and his children, Savannah and Noah Stewart; and a very special neighbor, Daniel Tompkins. Priscilla worked at Double Envelope for 20 years and served as President of her local chapter of Professional Secretaries International. She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother. Her passion was her family and her home. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining and traveling (especially with her children and grandchildren). She was a great cook who could make a meal out of nothing, but who could not follow a recipe! Anyone who ever came to her house never wanted to leave! She was everyone's perfect mother. She was deeply loved for her generous nature and tireless devotion to family and friends. She will be missed more than words can convey and forever remembered for her generosity and kind heart. The interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. on April 12, 2011.4
