Born in Mercer County on November 30, 1950, he was the son of the late Arnold Williby and Frances Blanche Williby. He owned several successful businesses, including B&B Sealing. Bobby hired and mentored many young men who bettered themselves as a direct result of knowing and working for him. An avid and committed outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing, and introducing his nephews and grandchildren to the joys of the outdoors. He was present many times when younger family members took their first deer. Bobby served in the U.S. Army 5th Battalion, 68th Armored Unit and was stationed overseas in Germany until his honorable discharge in 1972. In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Ray Williby; stepson, Kevin Leonard Pickle; and three brothers, Arnold "Bo" Williby, Donald Williby, and Jerry Ray Williby. Survivors include his wife of many years, Sharon Williby of the home; two daughters, Robin Scott and husband Rodney and Brittany and Jonathon Baker; three granddaughters, Ashley Weese, Haleigh Scott, and Lexi Baker; one grandson, Nicholas Scott all of Mercer County; two brothers, Larry Williby and wife Ginger and Dennis Williby and wife Becky Mae all of Oakvale; mother-in-law, Inez French of Peterstown; loving niece, Becky Lynn Bennett and husband Roger; family friend, Fred Pitzer and wife Crystal; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who loved and enjoyed his company.
