     David Wayne Stallard Jr. was born on October 14, 1967 at Buffalo, Erie Co., New York.1 He died on October 21, 2012 at Roswell, Fulton Co., Georgia, at age 45.1 He David Wayne Stallard, Jr., age 45, of Roswell GA, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2012. He is survived by his parents David Wayne Stallard, Sr. and Patricia Grey Keen Stallard of Buford GA; sister Jennifer Grey Stallard (and Denny) Dennis, nephew Benjamin Wayne and niece Sarah Lynn of Grand Rapids MI; grandparents Dr. Clinton W. & Virginia Stallard of Newport News, VA; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, & cousins in VA, WV, NJ, SC & OH, and close friends. David was born in Buffalo NY on October 14, 1967. He grew up living in Chicago IL, Cleveland OH, Milan MI, and East Grand Rapids MI. He graduated from University of Michigan with a BS in Biology. Later, he lived in San Francisco CA and in Newton WV; both of which were places he especially loved. In San Francisco, he worked for Genentech, a world-famous pharmaceutical research company. He also thoroughly enjoyed the time he experienced doing social work. At the time of his death he was Vice President of PSI, a family employee benefits business in Metro Atlanta GA. He always strived to be the best at anything he tried. He was musically talented and helped establish a hard rock band named Car Wash at MTU and in San Francisco. He was very accomplished at percussion, banjo, guitar, violin, & even the fiddle. He was an eloquent writer and a talented photographer. With his talents in the arts and his skills in the sciences, he was truly right and left brained, as they say. He loved to travel, visiting Europe, England, Japan, Mexico, Belize, Canada, Hawaii, and most of the islands in the Caribbean. He spoke Spanish, Swahili, and learned to speak Japanese for a trip with his mother to Tokyo in 2005. David was passionate about social justice, and protected and enjoyed nature and wildlife. He had a respectful gentleness about him, and was gifted with a brilliant intellect and a wonderful sense of humor. Dave will be deeply missed by his friends and loved ones! On November 11, 2012.

Mike was retired from the Roanoke County Sheriff's Department. Mike passed away suddenly in his Roanoke home following a long history of cardiac problems. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Fredricka Shank; and a brother, Billy Shank. He is survived by his lovely wife, Vaughna, with whom he loved to travel since his retirement from the Sheriff's Department. Mike and Vaughna are members of Journey Church. Mike is the father of two daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa Annette Morris and Rick Wilson, of Roanoke, and Cherie E. and Billy Rinn, of Roanoke. He was the grandfather of five wonderful grandchildren, Mallory, Sarah, Jaxon, William and Ayden; two very special aunts, Jean Hammersley and Helen Shank, who cared for him after the death of his mother; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Bill Lantz, of Bedford; two brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Sharon Shank, of Fort Mill, S.C., and Steven and Candy Shank ,of Texas; and a number of nieces and nephews. Always ready with sound advice and a willingness to mentor; his valuable guidance and loving support will be missed by his family and others. Many will remember Mike's sense of humor, quick wit and his ever willing readiness to play a practical joke when the opportunity arose. Interment will follow in St. Andrew's Diocesan Cemetery. The family would like to express special thanks to the Cardiac Rehab Unit of Roanoke Memorial Hospital for many years of special attention and support. on June 24, 2010.7

Kelley, of White Hall, Maryland passed away at St. Joseph Medical Center, Towson. He was 71. Mr. Kelley was born April 8, 1940 in Baltimore. He was the son of the late H. Lawrence & Marjorie (nee Thacker) Kelley. He retired as a supervisor in 1985 after 25 years of service with the State of Maryland Highway Administration. After retirement he worked as a courier for Napa Auto parts for 26 years. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (nee Feldpush) Kelley of White Hall; sons, Lawrence L. & his wife Diana of Havre de Grace, Thomas W. & his wife Kim of Cockeysville and Samuel J. & his wife Sharon of Hampstead; grandchildren, Joshua, Emma, Lauren, Zachary, Nicholas, Tori & Christopher Kelley; and 2 sisters. Funeral Services were held on Monday, May 9.
